Past Projects - Windermere by the Lake

Silverbrook Homes was excited to work as construction managers, alongside one of Toronto's largest development companies, to complete their most acclaimed low rise community to date. Windermere By the Lake is a 120 townhome project in downtown Toronto, conveniently situated between High Park and Lake Ontario's Sunnyside Beach. The traditionally-styled clay brick and stone structures blend effortlessly with the surrounding neighbourhood and streetscape, creating a seamless community.

The Windermere by the Lake Townhome project was completed in December 2007.
