Since it’s inception in 2002, Silverbrook Homes has successfully completed various projects throughout the GTA.  It’s founder and president, Danny Santilli, has progressed from building custom homes to mid size housing projects, project management, and now commercial development.

Opportunities presented themselves and Silverbrook Homes grew rapidly.  “While building a handful of custom homes, I decided to expand and got involved in a niche condominium town home project in Etobicoke, as well as a 70 unit residential project in Georgetown,” explains Santilli. 

While under construction, Silverbrook Homes began planning for its most recent endeavor; a 120 unit town home project in downtown Toronto.  “As project managers, working along side the developer, we contributed to the success of this community.”

“Our goal is to continue to prosper and firmly plant ourselves as a builder of 100+ homes per year,” adds Santilli. 

Providing their clients with personal service has given Silverbrook Homes the ability to anticipate buyers’ wants and needs.  Each client meets with on-staff designer Kimberly Bianchi, who takes them step by step through selecting the interior finishes for their home.  Flooring, kitchen & vanity cabinets, countertops, paint colours, windows and doors – the possibilities are endless and no detail is overlooked. 

“How little, or how much involvment the purchaser wants in the finish selection process is completely up to them.  The design is most successful when it encompasses the home buyers daily requirements and personal style,” explains Kimberly Bianchi.  “The home owners are most satisfied when they see the finished home.  It’s often difficult for them to envision how one flooring selection will compliment a particular cabinet style & colour – that’s where I come in and assist with those design dilemmas.”

Quality finishes and a loyal trade base ensure a superior final product.  “I have a personal relationship with most of my trades, so they tend to go above and beyond to ensure quality workmanship.  In fact, they have been a key factor in my ability to grow, as a company, and still maintain that personal touch”, explains Santilli.

Capitalizing on the strong real estate market, Silverbrook Homes is currently working on the release of three new communities: The Residences of Gamble Glen in Richmond Hill, The Ravines of Rainbow Creek in Woodbridge, and the exciting new community Broadway Grande in Orangeville.

The commercial division has currently completed a 7,000 square foot medical plaza in Georgetown, and looking forward to commencing a 30,000 square foot mixed-use project in Orangeville.
