Commercial DivisionSilverbrook Homes was involved in the construction of a 7000 square foot commercial plaza on the corner of Princess Anne Drive and Trafalgar Road. 199 Princess Anne is the newest address of the Halton Hills Family Team Medical Clinic, a welcome addition to the rapidly growing community of Georgetown, Ontario. Occupancy occured Fall 2008. Construction is scheduled to commence Winter 2008/09 on the future home of In2ition Realty, Mississauga's fastest growing real estate office. The three-storey 5000 square foot commercial building will meld traditional Streetsville character with contemporary design. Completion is expected for Fall 2009. By going back to the roots of the town for inspiration and design, Silverbrook Homes will replicate the original look of the town by blending new building construction with century-old architectural design. Fronting on Braodway, the 5-storey mixed use building will feature 30,000 square feet of retail and commercial office space.
